Spectrum Art Gallery is thrilled to bring you “Animals,” featuring 27 of our incredible members. On display from September 3rd through the 27th at our gallery in the Tower District.

“Animals” has a broad appeal and due to the eclectic photographic tastes and talents within our membership, we have generated an excellent show. We chose this theme because we don’t tend to have exhibits dominated with photographs of animals and are always looking for ways to invite more community engagement. Pets, livestock, insects, wild animals, macro, action, anthropomorphic subjects, this show has got it all. So many of us love animals and resonate deeply with their imagery. This show gave us a lot of creative freedom as to what we exhibit and will no doubt have something for all to enjoy.

Please join us for opening night, ArtHop Reception Thursday, September 3rd from 5-8pm. Near the end of the exhibition is our monthly Friday Photography Live which will be an Artist Roundtable of many of the exhibitors on Friday, September 25th at 7pm.
